How
do I read My Statement?

What
is your Billing Cycle?
Our billing cycle begins on the first of the
month. We send out statements on the first business
day of the month for the month that we are in. (July's
statement including charges for the month of July was sent
out on July 2nd). Payment is due by the 15th day of
the month. You may lose service if your payment is not
received by the end of the month.
Why
is my first statement is not the the normal monthly charge?
If you start service in the middle of the month,
you will receive a statement that is pro-rated to bring the
billing cycle to the first of the month. For example:
If you started on the 20th of the month and your fees are
$16.95/month, you may receive a first statement in the
next month for only 10 days worth of service or $5.65, which
takes you to the end of that month. All statements thereafter
will begin on the first of each month and will indicate payment
due of the expected $16.95.
How
can I tell how much time I've been on the Internet this month?
In order
to provide a low cost alternative to the unlimited usage plan,
we offer a limited usage plan. In order to keep these
costs low, however, we do not have an expensive reporting
system to show usage of individual users on a continual basis.
Our system only reports people who have used more than the
allowed usage at the end of the month. Since we cannot
offer you this information, you should keep track of it yourself.
Since we
do not offer this information, we are slightly flexible in
our billing for extra time usage. In other words, if
you go a couple hours over your limited time in one month,
we will typically not bill you for the extra usage. HOWEVER,
you may be billed for extra usage at $.50 per hour if you
continue to go over your limited usage for two or more months
in a row, or if your extra usage totals 4 or more hours over
your limited time in any one month. We believe this
policy is fair to both us and our customers. We recommend
the unlimited plan for people who think they may not be able
to limit their time to the time allowed.

Service
We hate to

to cancel your service. You may also write us or stop
by our office at PC's Unlimited 610 North Main, Logan UT,
84321. Sorry, we cannot cancel your account over the
phone. We would also thank you for quickly settling
your account when we send the final statement. Thanks!
